HORECA Balears Eivissa welcomes a new edition at the Recinte Firal d'Eivissa.
This fair, aimed exclusively at professionals from the hotel and catering and gastronomy sector, will open its doors on the 24th, 25th (from 10:00 to 19:00) and 26th of March (from 10:00 to 17:00).
This year, HORECA Balears Eivissa will honour Jordi Roca Fontané, from the prestigious El Celler de Ca Roca, recognised worldwide for his innovation and expertise in baking. In addition, different awards will be presented to professionals and organisations that have made an impact on the island's gastronomy and hospitality industry.
