El Langui and DJ Yor.D, protagonists in Ibiza's commemoration of the International Day for Functional Diversity

El Langui, DJ Yor.D and the Flower Power party by Pacha will be the protagonists of the event to commemorate the International Day for Functional Diversity, on December 3, organized by the Island Council of Ibiza in collaboration with the third sector, the five town councils of the island of Ibiza and the Pacha Foundation .

This meeting, whose admission is free, will be held this Sunday, starting at 5 p.m., at the Ibiza Fairgrounds (FECOEV), and will feature the participation of the leading actors from the film Campeonex at its opening. "The objective of this event, the first inclusive day in Ibiza in which a large number of associations participate, is to support the real inclusion of all the groups that are part of the Ibizan population," explained Carolina Escandell Ferrer, councilor of the department. of Social Welfare and Equality, during the presentation of the event, which took place this morning at the Consell de Ibiza.

At the event, Escandell highlighted the "commendable work carried out by social entities, which support the people who need it most every day." The presentation was attended by councilors Lola Penin, Jorge Nacher, Toni Ramón, Marilina Serra and Javier Torres, representing the town councils of Eivissa, Santa Antoni de Portmany, Santa Eulària des Riu, Sant Josep de sa Talaia and Sant Joan de Labritja, respectively, as well as Alba Pau and María Luisa Cava de Llano, members of the Pacha Foundation, and a large number of representatives of the third sector. 

The day, which will begin at 5 p.m., will be divided into two parts. In the first, the associations involved (AEMIF, AIF, APNEEF, APFEM, ASPANADIF, Ibiza In, Ibiza Inclusion Fashion Day, Cruz Roja, ONCE, Fundación Deixalles, ADDIF, AMADIBA and Un Mar de Possibilities) will make their work visible in order to "inform and sensitize attendees" with their daily work.

Then, starting at 5:15 p.m., a large number of inclusive activities will take place such as advanced athletics, 3x3 wheelchair basketball, virtual reality activities, obstacle courses, awareness games, word games and tabletop, as well as painting, crafts, music and screen printing workshops, among others.
