For three days, this meeting will become a point of reference for experts, brands, distributors and culinary references, providing a space for innovation, networking and learning about the latest trends in the sector.

A tribute to culinary talent

In this edition, HORECA Baleares Ibiza will pay tribute to Jordi Roca, renowned pastry chef of El Celler de Can Roca Restaurant, whose creativity has left a deep mark on haute cuisine, inspiring new generations of chefs and becoming a benchmark for excellence and self-improvement. In addition, awards will be presented to professionals and entities that have made a significant impact on the hotel and catering industry and gastronomy in Ibiza:

Generational change and business continuity

One of the highlights of HORECA Baleares Ibiza 2025 will be support for generational change and business continuity in the sector. The Government of the Balearic Islands, through the Regional Ministry of Enterprise, Employment and Energy, is promoting the Generational Replacement Programme in Businesses, an initiative aimed at guaranteeing the transfer of viable companies and preventing them from closing due to a lack of replacement. With the collaboration of the SOIB and the Agència de Desenvolupament Local (ADR Balears), support measures such as lines of financing, training plans for new managers and the creation of a database of businesses in transfer will be implemented.

The Councillor for Enterprise, Employment and Energy, Alejandro Sáenz de San Pedro, will take part in the event, underlining the importance of this initiative for the development and evolution of the sector.
